About
Aim
Tech-Tag is a blog about making the most of technology, focusing mainly on what technology can do for you, and how to make it happen. In other words it’s about functionality.
Content
Possible Tech-Tag topics could be like cell phone functionality; email, calendar and texting, and memory keys, how to keep documents safe, use it as a portable office and easy backup.
Form
If it is a blog, an old school website (WEB 1.X) or something in between is unclear. What is clear is that the starting point will always be a real world problem, and which possible solutions is offered by technology.
The Man behind
I am currently a student with a non-tech field of study. This means that the things published here a not in any way the workings of a pro, and any instructions are followed at own risk.
Because of a deep fascination with IT and technology I have been experimenting for years with a lot of different equipment, starting with kind people giving me the aged out equipment like C-64, Z88, 8080-based pc’s and a Mac plus. Going on from that I’ve been experimenting with Linux and every piece of hardware I could get my hands on.
