The problem with the anonymity in comment sections - part I

It looks like the anonymity of comment section has been misused.

Some time ago Tech Tag received two very critical comments on two posts about Scheduleworld (post 1, post2). Then a few weeks later the pattern repeated it self. Two identical comments where posted on the same two post, but from a different IP.

Danish courts shuts down the Internet without really shutting it down

Danish courts ruled last Wednesday, that the Internet provider Tele2 are to shut off their clients access to the controversial Russian music site allofmp3.com. That I find really disturbing, that the danish Internet access is starting to look like the situation in China. (more…)

Does the future belong to Google Office?

I thought the online office suite would fail without doubt, but after trying out Google’s new spreadsheet and docs service , I’m actually in doubt.

I like owning things, and I distrust things that are free. That is why I thought Googles new online spreadsheet and word processing applications called Google docs was a bad idea. However, I decided to try it out after listening to the podcast Gillmor Gang. (more…)

11 year old girl sued for 50,000$ for buying her name as domain

According to newspapers in Denmark, an 11 year old girl has been sued by the heirs of Marlene Dietrich, for bying the domain: www.marlene.eu.

A few days ago danish newspaper Politiken reported of an 11 year girl named Marlene, who has been contacted by the heirs of Marlene Dietrich.

Tech Tag unstable last week - problem solved

iTunes without Ipod - Use any MP3 player with iTunes

With the help of the third party software iTunes agent any mp3 player can be synchronized via iTunes.
